It took Wells Fargo 4 days to notice that one of the bank employees had died in her cubicle.

Denise Prudhomme swiped her ID card at her Wells Fargo corporate office in Tempe, Arizona, on Friday, August 16th. She was discovered dead at her desk on Tuesday, August 20th. The Tempe Police Department has found no obvious indicators of foul play.

Prudhomme worked at a facility where some employees worked remotely while others came into the office more frequently. Her office was on the third floor, surrounded by coworkers and security personnel. However, the security personnel never patrolled between cubicles.

This situation is not just unfortunate; it’s a crisis that needs to be closely examined for several reasons. The culture at Wells Fargo needs to be scrutinized because it appears that the employees are not working as a cohesive team but as a collection of individual talents sharing the same workspace. This has resulted in long-standing issues for the bank.
