Riding in My Car

Turn on the Radio

My inner drummer rises
to tap a silver ring.
A pattern on the steering wheel
is a rim click keeping time.

I sing along
with no restraint.
A childlike joy
rises in my heart.

Connection. Belonging. Peace. We exhale words as whispers, creating magic in our lives. In a moment the breath and mist combine.

I love to connect the specific to the universal as I write about Finance, Fiction, and everything in between. Was an accountant in a past life.
