Summum bonum medicinae sanitas –

the supreme good of medicine is health.

(Latin catchphrase)

Modern medicine has so expanded its capabilities (in the fields of genetics, biotechnology, pharmacology, minimally invasive and robotic surgery, microsurgery, and the use of artificial intelligence) that many diseases that until recently were considered incurable have actually become curable. For many diseases it is possible to achieve a lasting improvement in the condition of patients, their quality of life and often to prevent premature death.

Achievements of modern medicine

Many technologies that used to seem like science fiction are increasingly being introduced into medical practice today. Until recently, implantable pacemakers, hearing (cochlear) implants, dental implants, artificial joints, organ transplants, endoscopic, minimally invasive and robotic surgeries were experimental models, but today they are used in many clinics worldwide. The same can be said of such developments as the gamma knife, the cyber knife for the treatment of tumor diseases.

Methods of 3D visualization of organs and tissues of the body with ultrasound, CT, MRI, PET/CT scanners are being improved. This gives doctors an opportunity to study organs and tissues of a patient in three-dimensional image in more detail, including the spatial location of blood vessels or internal organs.

Even today, 3D-visualization is helping to perform trauma surgery when images of joint prostheses are compared with the patient’s X-ray images or, using virtual glasses, bone fractures are compared with the patient’s external tissues for the best possible planning of the operation.

Biotechnology. 3D-printing of organs and tissues

A progressive area of medicine is targeted therapy. Such drugs are mainly used in tumor therapy and block the specific molecules of tumor cells necessary for their growth (e.g., for the growth of tumor vessels). Targeted drugs are also used in the therapy of genetically determined immune defects.

Biotechnologies are developing rapidly — the growth of artificial tissues, 3D-printing of organs and tissues. For example, in China alone, there are 1.5 million patients on waiting lists for organ transplants. Millions of such patients die all over the world without waiting for surgery. The use of artificial skin, vessels, cartilage, bones, dental implants, bladder, and pancreas has already been implemented into medical practice. This eliminates the need for donor tissues and completely eliminates the risk of their rejection.

Prostheses made using 3D printing make it possible to match the individual parameters of a person with an accuracy of a millimeter. Individual 3D splints for immobilization of fractures have appeared.

Genetics and integrative medicine

Genetics is advancing at a rapid pace. The human genome has been completely deciphered, and experiments in human genome editing — the addition, removal or modification of genetic material — are being intensively carried out. Effective drugs of genetically engineered origin are produced for the treatment of rheumatological diseases, severe inflammatory bowel diseases and some infectious diseases (cytokines, interleukins, immunomodulators, immunosuppressants). And genetic testing and counseling by a geneticist has become routine in many countries, making it possible to achieve healthy births.

Many countries are successfully developing integrative medicine, which uses the effective experience of traditional medicine, phytotherapy, reflexotherapy, physical therapy, manual therapy, kinesiotherapy, and modern official medicine. One of the areas that takes integrative medicine approaches into account is bioresonance diagnostics and therapy. The approach to therapy from the perspective of integrative medicine makes it possible in many cases to treat many chronic diseases more effectively and to carry out successful rehabilitation treatment.

Information technology and artificial intelligence

Information technology and artificial intelligence are being implemented into medicine at a rapid pace.

Modern technology makes it possible to create a common database for all doctors, pharmacists and patients. This gives the doctor an opportunity to track the patient’s medical history regardless of where the patient was previously treated, and for the patient to be able to make an online appointment with the doctor. In addition, the unified database will allow the pharmacist to dispense medicines to the patient regardless of where the treatment was prescribed.

Already, telemedicine, or remote medical consultation, is one of the fastest-growing segments of healthcare. Telemedicine has developed in two directions: doctor-doctor consultations and doctor-patient consultations. The patient does not have to go anywhere, waiting for an appointment, standing in line, having contact with other patients, because he can get a consultation at home, at a time that is convenient for him. It is also convenient for the doctor: there is no need to visit the patient, which means that more patients can be consulted during the same working hours. Up to 90% of repeated GP consultations can be carried out remotely. Thanks to the Internet, physicians can teleconference with one another and participate in consultations and discussions about patient histories and surgical procedures remotely.

Smart gadgets can already measure heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar levels, heart rhythms and take ECGs. They can signal about the problems with the body, including during sleep, call an ambulance by geolocation, make a video call and show the patient to the doctor. These same gadgets can also remind you to drink water, take medication or exercise, monitor the number of steps you have taken in a day or the distance you have traveled.

Recently, smart inhalers have been developed to improve the effectiveness of treatment of obstructive lung diseases (bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive bronchitis), which connect via Bluetooth to smart phones and record the date and time of each dose of medication and whether it was administered correctly. When the smart inhaler was used, there was a significant increase in the effectiveness of the treatment and a reduction in the dose of medication.

Also, automatic insulin injection devices for diabetics are already in use in some countries around the world. This is a combination of an insulin pump and a blood glucose sensor. This technology avoids finger pricks and, as a result of an individually adapted dose of insulin, it can significantly reduce adverse fluctuations in blood glucose levels.

Gadgets have emerged to diagnose coronary heart disease and the risk of myocardial infarction without the need for invasive intervention. All you need to do is put the device on your chest for 20 minutes. In this case data about the patient’s condition is sent remotely to the doctor. If, for example, the doctor is not available and the patient has a heart attack, the doctor can diagnose the problem even at a far distance and tell the patient what to do that will help keep a person alive and healthy.

In case of cardiac arrest, resuscitation measures have to be carried out within 4–6 minutes, and often the ambulance arrives too late. In order to help speed up emergency assistance to the patient, a drone equipped with a portable defibrillator has been developed. The drone itself, guided by the coordinates of the phone from which the ambulance was called, can get to the patient in a straight line at speeds of up to 100 km/h and without traffic jams. Reducing the time before the defibrillator is used during a heart attack increases the chances of survival from an average of 8% to 80%. Such technology is already being used in real-world settings with real cases of cardiac arrest.

Robots in medicine

Many medical devices with artificial intelligence systems are now helping doctors to diagnose and select the best treatment for a variety of ailments. For example, the new DeepMind artificial intelligence system is able to diagnose and prescribe treatment for more than 50 eye diseases.

Nursing robots can already take on most of the functions of nursing and medical assistants. They are accurate and efficient 24 hours a day. For example, modern robots will never miss a vein when taking blood, which excludes tissue hemorrhages, vein inflammation and thrombosis.

Using robots to perform nursing tasks is extremely important when working with patients with infectious diseases, which reduces the risk of infecting medical personnel.

Today, more and more modern technical equipment is facilitating the work of surgeons. This includes, above all, endoscopic equipment for minimally invasive operations. The integrated operating theatres with ergonomic furnishings were created to increase the surgeons’ capabilities and help the entire surgical team to work more safely and efficiently.

The next step in the improvement of surgery was robotics for performing operations. Robots in medicine have been used for more than 30 years in the world’s leading clinics. One hundred percent accuracy in performing operations today is demonstrated by robots with artificial intelligence. For example, the Da Vinci robot performs a wide range of surgeries and in the US it is used to perform up to 80% of all cancer surgeries. Such robotics makes it possible to increase the accuracy and efficiency of operations, reduce the time of operations and anesthesia, minimize blood loss, the risk of complications, and reduce the recovery period

Nowadays, cardiovascular diseases, in particular myocardial infarction, are one of the main causes of death in the world population. And such an intervention as insertion of a stent in the vessels of the heart to restore their patency can save millions of lives every year.

Today, coronagraphy followed by stenting of the heart vessels, is used as the standard treatment for acute myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndrome. A standard stenting procedure for 1 person is performed by a team of 4 medical workers for about 1 hour. The same stenting of heart vessels in case of myocardial infarction with the help of a robot can be performed by one doctor, and up to 36 procedures in a few hours, even remotely in any corner of the world using telemedicine.

Every year we see an increasing number of innovations in various fields of medicine. And what is listed in this article is only a small part of the modern development of medicine.

The realities of medicine in a consumer format

Thus, there are many innovations today, advanced medical technologies that can save the lives of millions of people, cure many diseases, and restore health to people. At the same time, a 2017 WHO press release states that at least half of the world’s population does not have access to basic health care! Also, millions of people around the world are dying, without waiting for qualified medical care.

Why are advanced medical technologies not being implemented massively all over the world, not available to all patients who need them?

According to statistics from experts, every year around the world are dying from exposure-related diseases:

  • drugs — about 35 million people;
  • tobacco smoke — 8 million people;
  • air pollution as a result of industrial activity — 7 million people;
  • alcohol — more than 3 million people.

At the same time, despite the coronavirus pandemic, global military spending in recent years has increased by more than $50 billion worldwide. These funds would have been enough to cover the costs of ending hunger and providing clean water to all who need it around the world.

Why are there 2.2 billion people in the world today without sustainable access to clean drinking water, and about 40% of the world’s population without proper sanitation due to lack of clean water? This situation is devastating: every year, more than 250 million people, mostly in low-income countries, suffer from infectious diseases associated with poor water quality and poor sanitation. Of these, 2.6 million people die every year from these causes, including more than 800 children who die every day.

The above statistics are the result of the consumer format of a society in which human life is not valued. The consumer format is today’s reality, which implies economic and social inequality, poverty, military conflicts, the merciless exploitation of natural resources and environmental pollution. The consumer format of society is not supposed to save lives everywhere. Now in the medical field in the first place is making a profit at any cost. The modern medical system focuses on treating the symptoms of disease rather than treating the causes and preventing disease. It is profitable to have sick people, not to be healthy. In countries where healthcare is now subsidized by the state, the same problems exist, they are just not always obvious. In the pursuit of profit in the current consumer society, such a concept as humanity, sympathy for other people is increasingly lost. And it’s not because people are bad or callous. Medical professionals themselves have become hostages in such a consumer society healthcare system.

The medicine. Prospects for development in Creative Society

In the Creative Society, the life of every person is the foundation, the greatest value. This means that quality medicine should be available to everyone. Even at the first stages of building a Creative Society, all advanced technologies that allow maintaining health, improving the quality of treatment and saving the lives of patients will already be implemented in the shortest possible time around the world. They will be available to all those in need, not just a limited number of people. Because in the Creative Society, the concepts of humanity and the value of life are above all, and the focus will be on the health and well-being of the patient.

And what medicine will be like in Creative Society when all 8 foundations of Creative Society will be implemented all over the world? Will it be the most advanced modern trends and approaches in medicine, or will it be medicine based on completely new principles of treatment and prevention of diseases?

In the program “Benefits for a human in the Creative Society”, Igor Mikhailovich Danilov talks about possible medical technologies in the Creative Society format.

Igor Mikhailovich: Regarding technical opportunities that people will be able to possess… Let me speak in a simple way…

Here is a machine MRI scanner… Many people already know what it is: a person lies down in this special machine, the machine scannes him and showes what is where. The same is here: a person lies down, or stands (it doesn’t matter), a machine scannes his body and shows already at the physical level of microparticles what is located where. And we see which pathology is where, and we understand what should be corrected…

Tatyana: Wow!

Igor Mikhailovich: … imagine a person is in an active state, he is alive, he feels everything. It is not even necessary to put him under anesthesia. Why? Because nerves impulses can easily be blocked- and a person would not feel any discomfort, whether pain, and everything else. But it is very important (and this is precisely the difference between the modern and the future): when an organ works, we see its function, and we restore everything immediately. That is, unnecessary cells are reformatted, those particles which are in the wrong place or poorly function are removed, and necessary ones are inserted. Thus, the organ itself begins to be formed of the tiniest microparticles. This can take milliseconds of time (not even seconds, but milliseconds), meaning restoration and repair. I mean this is almost instantaneous…

Tatyana: Great! Instantaneous correction of this matrix on the structures.

Igor Mikhailovich: Absolutely right. And what is also interesting? This, actually, allows not only to restore the function of one or another organ — this makes it possible to correct the human body in general. And here, so to say, I will give my futurological forecast that much more time will be spent not on treating a pathology, but exactly on correcting the body, meaning the very plastic surgery…

And it is possible to retain everything at any level, at any age and, basically, for a very, very long time.

Eventually, this should come to the point when everyone should have such a machine at home.”

Even after reading the above part of this program, it becomes clear that in the Creative Society any person, anywhere in the world, at any time, absolutely free of charge and in a timely manner receives all the necessary medical care through one type of medical device like the current MRI scanner. Let’s call it conventionally a medical device for revitalization. It instantly, safely and painlessly restores damaged body structures at the subatomic level.

The revitalization apparatus implements the knowledge of PRIMORDIAL ALLATRA PHYSICS, the body corrections are made at the level of the “bricks of the Universe” (what protons, neutrons and electrons consist of). The principle of operation of the revitalization apparatus is as follows: first, it analyzes the state of a functioning organism, diagnoses changes in it, which are then instantly corrected already at the level of matter, moreover, from the level of elementary particles, which, in turn, make up the atoms, molecules, cells, tissues, and then the whole human body. This is the fundamental difference between the work of the medical device for revitalization (in the medicine of the Creative Society) and the current, even the most advanced medical technologies.

With this technology, people will also be able to influence the genotype (set of chromosomes) of a human, improve the necessary qualities of the body, thus changing its phenotype, or what is already visible at the level of the macroorganism. So you can change, improve the appearance of the body as desired, on the type of modern plastic surgery, but in a natural and stable way, influence the regeneration of organs and tissues of the body. For example, it will be realistic to restore the lost part of the limb or the damaged organ, increase the body’s resistance to adverse environmental factors (temperature, pressure, radiation, pathogenic microorganisms and other adverse factors), and also significantly prolong the life of the human physical body.

If we talk about the prolongation of human life, then we can say that mankind has dreamed about it from time immemorial. With the use of the revitalization apparatus in the Creative Society, this becomes a reality. Moreover, the existence of the body can be maintained at a young reproductive age, in the best physical, mental state, with optimal working capacity and quality of life. A person can live as long as he needs, including for spiritual development. In today’s consumer society, life extension technology will not benefit humans. This can only intensify the struggle for the resources of the planet with an increase in the population, dramatically worsening the current already catastrophic ecological situation on the planet. Moreover, this will be used by a small circle of those in power as an additional factor in the enslavement of people and power over people.

Thus, to summarize once again the possibilities of the revitalization apparatus:

  • effective treatment of any disease;
  • disease prevention;
  • change, improvement of the body appearance
  • according to the intention of the person;
  • increasing regenerative capacity and resistance of the body to adverse environmental factors;
  • prolongation of a full-fledged human life for quite a long time.

In a Creative Society, people will not get sick because medicine will focus on disease prevention. The use of the revitalization apparatus relieves people of pain and suffering resulting from acute and chronic illnesses and injuries. The very procedure of using the revitalization apparatus is comfortable for people and occurs instantly. Man spends more time getting in and out of the apparatus than the scanning and treatment procedure itself. Nowadays, every man can only dream of such possibilities in medicine.

Using the revitalization apparatus at home once a month or more often if necessary, every person becomes his own doctor, restores the body, prevents diseases and aging in a simple and natural way. Therefore, the current pharmaceutical industry, an extensive network of hospitals and other medical infrastructure would no longer be necessary in a Creative Society. There will also be no need for a huge number of doctors, medical workers and medical equipment. There will be a unified rescue service with a medical unit to provide assistance in emergency situations.

The question may arise, what will the people in the Creative Society, who are currently employed in the field of medicine and related to the medical industry,be doing?

First, in the Creative Society, no one is afraid to lose their job due to fear of material deprivation, since each person is provided with everything necessary for the status of a person (housing, clothing, food, education, medical care, etc.) due to the fact that all technologies and scientific achievements serve exclusively for the benefit of people. Each person is important and needed, and everyone will have the opportunity to master any profession and do what they love — from creativity to space exploration.

Secondly, if a person wants to acquire new necessary professional and practical skills, quickly and efficiently thanks to the technology of additional consciousness — another technology that will become available to all people in Creative Society.

Thirdly, in addition to the revitalization apparatus, many unique technologies that are not available in the current consumer society will also be widely used in the Creative Society for a happy life and health of people. Such technologies were repeatedly mentioned in various videos with the participation of I. M. Danilov.

Thus, for example, the technology of production of the necessary material objects from elementary particles according to a given program makes it possible to solve the issue of safe and high-quality food, water, clothing, and housing. And the technology of decomposition of any material objects to elementary particles effectively solves all sanitary, hygienic and environmental issues. The technology of additional consciousness makes it possible for every person to know everything about the structure and functioning of the body, to receive, according to the request, the entire resources of medical knowledge. This allows in practice each person to optimally exploit his body, maintaining it in a healthy state. The additional consciousness also tremendously raises and equalizes the intellectual capacity of all people.

In the Creative Society, even if the universal medical apparatus for revitalization had not been used, people would be mentally and physically much healthier. After all, in the Creative Society, all conditions are created for a healthy lifestyle: first of all, the ecology is restored, food becomes healthy and tasty, water is clean. But according to the consensual assessment of scientists, the health of modern people by 50–55% depends on their lifestyle. In the Creative Society there are no external preconditions for stress and, consequently, the development of psychosomatic disorders, because all people are provided with everything they need, live in security, and most importantly, in love and friendship with each other and in true Love.

Building a Creative Society depends on each of us, and the sooner we build it, the sooner we will enjoy all its benefits. Just imagine what prospect will open in front of us, because the main value in a Creative Society is the Life of every person. Everyone wants to live in a safe world where friendship, care for each other, decency and sincerity flourish between people. All people want to be confident in the future, to have high-quality and affordable medicine.

In the Creative Society, we receive all these benefits for all people, we receive the highest level of medicine, unique new technologies and a medical device for revitalization in every home, in every family in less than 10 years! And it’s absolutely real.

Conclusions

  • In the Creative Society, all diseases are cured with Knowledge and high technologies, and the Creative Society itself is a society of healthy and happy people. A healthy lifestyle and disease prevention are priorities in the Creative Society. People won’t get sick.
  • In the Creative Society, thanks to the revitalization apparatus and other unique technologies, the preventive orientation of medicine, its humanity and sincere concern for each person are realized. At the same time, such medicine is most effective, affordable and comfortable for every person.
  • Thanks to the revitalization apparatus in the Creative Society, people will be able to live for quite a long time, as long as the human body should actually live, and live productively and happily, and at the same time have young, ageless and beautiful bodies, with increased mental and physical endurance.
  • Building a Creative Society as soon as possible and the use of all its benefits and advantages really depends on the awareness of all people on Earth about the possibility of building such a society and the conscious choice of each person. And the speed of informing all people about the Creative Society depends on the active and productive actions of people who have already realized the importance and vital necessity of building a Creative Society.
