On April 14, 2021, Judy Woodruff spoke about the U.S. decision to withdraw forces from Afghanistan and turned to ASAP’s Annie Pforzheimer, former acting Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Afghanistan until 2019, and David Sedney, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Afghanistan, Pakistan and Central Asia during the Obama administration.
