All Raise Welcomes New Board Members to Further Our Mission to Shape the Future of Venture Capital and Tech
As All Raise enters its next chapter, we’re proud to welcome an expanded board of directors dedicated to driving lasting change in the venture ecosystem. These leaders bring fresh perspectives and a shared commitment to a future where women and nonbinary people shape and fund the future.
In 2024, we launched a bold recruitment effort to bring mission-aligned leaders from venture capital and the nonprofit sector into the fold. Alongside our four seasoned board members, we’re excited to welcome the first wave of new directors — with a second cohort joining later this year. This expanded board will help guide All Raise’s next three-year strategy and deepen our efforts to ensure women and nonbinary VCs not only get a seat at the table — but keep it, lead it, and thrive.

Alongside our dedicated board veterans — Aileen Lee, Founder & Managing Partner at Cowboy Ventures; Jess Lee, Partner and Chief Product Officer at Sequoia; Jessica Ross, CFO at Frontdoor; and former Lever CEO Sarah Nahm — these new leaders bring the right mix of expertise and passion we for this moment. Led by our President and CEO Paige Hendrix Buckner, this group knows the challenges and opportunities facing women and nonbinary individuals in venture from firsthand experience. They’ve built successful firms, backed groundbreaking companies, shaped policy, and knocked down doors that were once firmly closed. With their guidance, All Raise is poised to continue creating lasting change in our industry.
