有時候,我們會遇到一些令人不知所措的情況,像是收到跟明細不符的商品,或是在餐廳裡受到不公平待遇,或者是員工表現不盡人意。這時,不管對象是員工還是公司,寫一封堅定又不失禮貌的抱怨信就非常重要。抱怨信,講白點就是「抱怨」,但若是大辣辣得在信中批評對方的不是,從以前建立起來的關係就會在一瞬間崩塌。因此,在「抱怨信」裡,我們著重的並非「抱怨」,而是將狀況描述清楚,並請對方提出合理的「解決」方案。

首先,我們先簡單提及這封信的背景。

Complaint
清楚描述問題,並要避免強烈的情緒性用詞。此外,也可以使用bullet point來描述當時情況。
