When I was trying to get to $10,000 a month I felt the same way.

Everyone kept telling me, “Automate your business.”

But I wasn’t sure how.

If you are under 10K per month the number one thing you can do is pick up the phone and call your clients to make sure they stay clients.

If you have good clients who pay the bills and you genuinely enjoy working with you want to keep them around.

You need to automate how you are filling your client spots for Now Money Now.
You need to schedule one day where you (or a team member) is on the phone calling clients to book their next call, session or purchase.
You need to send them text messages and emails that are personal and keep you at the top of their mind.

Business is a lot like dating.

I see so many business owners start dating someone and then they give it to someone else.

They drop the ball…

Image if you go on a great date with a man and then you never hear from him again.

You aren’t going to back sit and reserve every Saturday night in case he decides to call.

You’re going to go out and get yours.

Same with your clients.

If you warmed them up and gave them a good time they want more of that.

If you aren’t reaching out to them to tell them how they can keep working with you they are going to find someone else to take them on that next “date.”

When I start working with a client I don’t ask them where else can they make money. I start by asking them what money are they losing?

What is the money you’re leaving at the table?

Keep the romance going.

Remember: People who buy, buy again.

You don’t want people who revolve in and rotate out.

When someone gets something good they don’t want to leave that behind.

If you don’t engage them you’re just getting them ready to date someone else.

So make sure you are consistently providing them with more ways to work with you.

You might be wondering, how do I do that?

Give them the info — PAS

Identify your clients’ problem.
Agitate the problem so your clients know you understand it.
Solve the problem with your message.

If you can do this for them once you can identify the next level of the problem and help them again.

Keep the romance going, don’t lose your clients.
