A Thank You note that made our Day!

We being in the Ed-Tech space, each of our customer out there is making a big impact to the society, by shaping the next generation through better education, creating better facilities and by giving them brighter opportunities.

With every customer we build a relation, we feel extremely proud, as we are contributing directly to that big impact.

And imagine, our happiness when one such customer is associated with Global Health.

Yeah, I am talking about “The Department of Global Health” from University of Washington which has come on board with us.

Their Vision speaks about the magnanimous work they do

Achieve sustainable, quality health globally

And when on one fine morning, you receive

“A hand written, personal note thanking us for our work”

from them,

Yeah, you know that feeling!

Such an act of gratitude surely brightens up your day, reinforcing the feeling that you are indeed, doing it RIGHT.

This note from them took me down the memory lane of the days when our team was working closely with them to deliver their alumni portal.

Over the chai break, each of our teammates was discussing about their experience associated with it. Jishin from Customer Success team had this interesting observation.

“ They had few requests which our product immediately did not have and had to be customised for them. Our team realising the value these customisations would have on other customers, have actually implemented not just for them but also extended it to others”

A few customers, push us to new horizons of learning and stretch us to move out of our comfort zones.

Vaibhav, from engineering team recollected one challenge which was very specific to this customer. It was related to Email infrastructure within their network. He thoroughly enjoyed figuring out a way to simulate their environment and finding a solution for their particular problem. And if not for the timely alternative suggested by our team, it would have taken much longer time for their IT team to solve it.

In this journey, they as a team were extremely Co operative, reasonable and appreciative of the sincere efforts we were putting from our end.

On the whole, it has been a good experience for us and we are glad that they too felt the same.

Jishin beautifully concluded our conversation, that “if our team and customers work together closely this way, we can bring big difference to alumni”
