Affinity Designer which is a vector graphic designer with an Apple Design Award in 2015. A great software indeed for Graphic designers or Web designers, great for UX, UI, and mockups.

The software is almost exactly like Photoshop and maybe even better. It has tons of features just like Adobe Photoshop. It can import Photoshop files seamlessly (PSD, EPS, AI and more).

Highlighted features:

Fast and highly performance software, pan and zoom at 60fps. Apply effects and filters is real time. Able to zoom up to 1,000,000% and more. Works with many color spaces such RGB, CMYK, LAB, Grayscale. End-to-end CMYK workflow with ICC color management, and 16-bit per channel editing.

Pixel perfect control, Non-destructive effects and adjustments using layers. Flexible workspaces. Rich-History, instantly undo/redo over 8,000 History steps. Saved-History, even after you close the file, you can undo changes made previously. An Auto-Save feature which protects against unexpected or accidental shutdowns.

Can be Customizable. You can create your own keyboard shortcuts, own toolbar layouts and tools. Work with multiple designs and multiple displays. Task-focused design spaces create a clean, efficient environment. Switch between vector, pixel, and export modes. One Affinity file format is compatible with all Affinity suite apps.

Beautiful User-Interface.
