Announcing Fantom Launch Details & Timeline

The Fantom launch is upon us like a ghost in the night!
We senior alpacas are excited to let you know that we’ll go live next Tuesday, the 15th of February!
So that you won’t have to fear the unknown 👻, this article will go into the details of what you can expect to see during launch week.
⏰Launch Timeline
Tuesday 15th Feb, 7am UTC
- Users can start depositing FTM and USDC on Lend page
- Users can start staking ibUSDC and ibFTM on Stake page
Tuesday 15th Feb, 8am UTC
- ALPACA rewards emissions starts for ibUSDC and ibFTM staking
Tuesday 15th Feb, 10am UTC
Users can start opening leveraged yield farming positions in the below pools on the Farm page. ALPACA rewards emission also starts for LYF positions.

- Add ALPACA lending pool

🎁Incentive Rewards
We will provide 180,000 ALPACA in incentive rewards to lenders and leveraged yield farmers on Fantom over the first four weeks. Users will be able to claim $ALPACA rewards any time just like how it works on BNB Chain.
Towards the end of the first 4 weeks, the team will reevaluate how many incentive rewards to continue providing depending on TVL.
🔀Bridging ALPACA to Fantom
You can bridge your $ALPACA tokens from BNB Chain to Fantom via Multichain (formerly AnySwap) for new earning opportunities. Upon launch, two immediate utilities for $ALPACA on Fantom will be:
- Deposit $ALPACA in the lending pool to earn yields
- Provide liquidity in the SpookySwap’s ALPACA-FTM pool, with or without leverage
