AlpacaTech Co., Ltd. (“AlpacaTech”) has spun off its business from AlpacaJapan Co., Ltd. through an incorporation-type demerger effective July 8, 2022. The purpose of this reorganization is to promote and accelerate further expansion of AlpacaTech’s B2B data science and software development business centered on AI, which is one of AlpacaTech’s greatest strengths.
