Thank you for your patience. We announced a few days ago that ALPEX had a network outage. We have now repaired the normal asset transaction function following an emergency investigation by our technical team. In the meantime, we discovered that users were seeking compensation. The ALPEX operation team will formulate a compensation plan after careful consideration. Detailed information is as follows:
- As of July 30, 2021 (GMT+8), Beijing time, the impact period ranges from 2：30 pm to 5：30 pm. Upon reviewing your records in detail and communicating with us, you can determine whether you are eligible for compensation;
- According to our tentative specific compensation method, users in the above-mentioned affected time period will receive the least loss or the most profit compensation. The following method is one of two. To receive your full compensation, please contact ALPEX;
- If there are any possible changes in the future, please follow the official announcement, pay attention to the safety of your assets, and do not rely on any other sources of information other than the official.
Again, we apologize for the problems that occurred during the operation. We assure you that there will be no malicious behaviors on the ALPEX platform, such as unplugging the network cable or inserting pins. Additionally, ALPEX’s technical level will be improved in subsequent operations to prevent network downtime and other issues for a better trading experience.
