Alpha Blockchain Seals Partnership with Black Pearl Capital

Update: Alpha Blockchain will be co-hosting an event to kick off Black Pearl Capital’s new Blockchain Accelerator at the Vista Tower in Kuala Lumpur. On October 19th, we’ll be bringing international speakers to cover how blockchain is currently being used to transform their businesses.

Alpha Blockchain Group Limited (“ABC”) and Black Pearl Capital Sdn. Bhd. (“BPC”) have announced a new partnership agreement to foster long-term financial stability, establish a market disciple, and further develop the sharing of information.

The business collaboration, in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), formalizes the mutual interaction and strengthens the existing relationship between the Alpha Blockchain and the Black Pearl Capital at the strategic and working level. Focusing on blockchain and cryptocurrencies, Alpha Blockchain and Black Pearl Capital will look for opportunities in which these emerging technologies can be applied in practice by FinTech hubs across Kuala Lumpur.

Both institutions are seeking ways to develop and carry out collaborative activities, as Alpha Blockchain hosts an event at Black Pearl Capital’s Kuala Lumpur office. It marks the first Proof of Capability to establish a business collaboration partnership with Black Pearl Capital. During this exploration period (the MOU is set for 12 months), Alpha Blockchain is allowed to establish a satellite office at Black Pearl Capital’s location in Kuala Lumpur at zero cost.

Alpha Blockchain and Black Pearl Capital have a shared objective of serving the public interest. This partnership contributes to the continued strengthening of future cooperation between the two companies. Both will look to achieve common goals that deliver training and other initiatives to support the growing blockchain ecosystem in Kuala Lumpur.
