AlphaEx: Update As of 25th January 2021
Updates on deposit and OTC suspension, a reminder on XDCE to XDC swap.
AlphaEx is working seamlessly to address all the difficulties faced by the community members of AlphaEx and XinFin, also we would like to thank all the users for their patience. As we do not support new deposits now, Over The Counter (OTC) trading desk has been suspended temporarily until further notice.
AlphaEx suggests the users, withdraw all their assets from AlphaEx and store them in a safe wallet given at Link. Deposits for all tokens will be suspended after 15th Feb 2021. All Users are requested to mark withdrawal before the suspension, however the withdrawal is not affected by the last date of deposit(15 Feb 2021). The XDCE contract termination is planned for 31 March 2021, the community is requested to swap all their XDCE to XDC as per the guidelines. The users facing issues with Swap or withdrawal can submit a case with all their transaction details.

AlphaEx requests all the users who bought XDCE after 6 Dec 2020, 5.30 GMT to swap XDCE to XDC at Ratio Swap. Users need to provide all their transaction details such as Transaction Hash of buying XDCE, Time (in their local time zone), Amount of XDCE bought, Approximate amount of USD spent to buy those XDCE. The compliance team will check your transaction details and approve your transaction. The approved application will receive XDC in the ratio automatically in their AlphaEx wallet.
Note: Users should have sufficient XDCE in their AlphaEx wallet to apply for the ratio swap and maintain the same balance or else the application might be rejected if there isn’t sufficient XDCE. The user should fill in the correct transaction details to minimize the chance of rejection. AlphaEx Compliance team reserves the right to cancel the withdrawal for the suspicious users.
No Swap support will be given to the users who bought XDCE after 28 Dec 2020.
