Jayne uses CBD to relax

Why did you start using CBD?
Well, interestingly, my neighbour has just started a business online selling CBD gummies and other things. We were doing a bit of yoga together, particularly during lockdown last year. What product do you use and what effects have you noticed from using CBD?
Originally I was using a different brand but I couldn’t get hold of their products, so I decided to get the Meda tonics from your website. I would say it definitely helps me relax. After yoga class, I would have one of my tonics and it really would be nice and relaxing — good for unwinding after a long day. I like these tonics as well because they are wholesome — they don’t contain any preservatives and don’t contain high amounts of sugar and stuff like that. Overall it is a really pleasant way to experience CBD.
What would you say to other people who are sceptical to take CBD?
Don’t knock it until you have tried it. As I say, keep an open mind about everything in life until you try it. It is not going to work for everyone as people are different, but until you try these things you don’t know if it is going to have positive effects for you. It has helped me and it has helped others, so if you are in need of relief why not give it a go.
