Smart Mutant Getting Ready to Experiment
Smart Token Labs has Aped into the Mutant Ape Yacht Club via Mutant Ape #19748.
We partnered with Nifty Tailor to bring the 1st on-chain verifiable derivatives to BAYC/MAYC and wanted to show our support for the Ape community by getting involved and minting our own Mutant Ape derivatives. To do this we needed an Ape and that’s why we acquired MAYC #19748 last week.
The Nifty Tailor team is using TokenScript DerivativeNFT smart contracts to power the Genesis Mint so we’re excited to get some minting passes and get suited up with some of the great fashion that’s on offer. Check it out at www.niftytailor.com
We’re also looking to have fun experimenting not just with derivatives and fashion but also with our Web2 and Web3 smart token bridges via TokenScript.
TokenScript provides a smart token interface that enables us to make tokens — including our new Mutant Ape #19748 — smart. We can connect our Mutant to other tokens and other smart contracts, just like a DApp can. But interestingly, we can also connect him seamlessly to almost any web2 site or service.
Our Ape can be a bridge to Web2 brand, or website or membership program. He can be an entry point to an event or a permissionless pass to exclusive content or rewards. He can become an open API to services or solutions himself.
The possibilities are endless. And open. And permissionless.
So we’re super excited to be Aped into the MAYC community and to have fun with our Smart Mutant and hopefully lots of other Mutant Apes and Bored Apes. Because all our tech is fully open source and free to use.
