Hey, Evgenyia! Thank you so much for taking time and energy out of your schedule to educate us and our readers on the company you work at, which is B2Broker. But please, first up, could you introduce yourself? What’s your story?
Hello Stefan, thank you for giving me the opportunity to talk about B2Broker. I am happy to share with your readers some background about myself and how I found myself here. My position in the company is Chief Operating Officer. For those who do not know us, we are a Forex & Cryptocurrency Liquidity & Technology Provider. I am a co-founder of the company which has been in existence since 2014 and have come from a project management and business development background in the brokerage industry.
As COO, I am responsible for all major operational processes in the company. On a daily basis, I oversee, direct and organise the work of the Sales, Marketing, IT, Legal and Finance departments. This includes monitoring staff performance and development goals, setting objectives and conducting annual performance appraisals. I also play a key role in representing the company at events across the world, taking part in negotiations on behalf of the company and speaking at expos and conferences.
So what is B2Broker and why does the world need it?
B2Broker is a liquidity and technology provider of solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industry. We specialise in the sphere of B2B services and products, catering for a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, Crypto Exchanges, Crypto Brokers, Forex Brokers, hedge and crypto funds and professional managers.
We offer a range of products and services including B2BX.exchange: the exchange-aggregator of cryptocurrency liquidity, Cryptocurrency, Forex & CFD Liquidity, Crypto-Exchange, Crypto & Forex Broker Turnkey, Crypto Payment Gateway, Traders Room, Investment Platform, ICO Platform, and White Label solutions.
Essentially, we have the technology and the know-how to provide our clients with the means to set up or maintain their businesses quickly, efficiently cost-effectively. By using our advanced base of ready to use technical solutions, brokers can save time and money on consuming infrastructure projects and instead, focus on selling and enlarging their client base while eliminating the need to commit to expensive, long-term and labour-consuming processes of building and supporting the technical infrastructure of their businesses.
Could you describe the 2–3 main activities in the company?
We offer a wide range of products and services but I guess we could say that our Brokerage and Liquidity solutions are among our main activities.
Our brokerage solutions which include Crypto or Forex Broker Turnkey, Trader’s Room, White Label MT4/MT5 and Investment Platform, as well as liquidity, offer various ways to set up your own business and/or enhance your existing operations. We help with all the legal issues and take care of all the liquidity and technology aspects of your business enabling you to build a high-yield business in the investment and fintech industry. Our White Label MT4/MT5 solutions offer a huge range of options including branded trading platforms, web-based platforms, a configuration of trading instruments and applicable charges, single margin account for STP/ECN A-Book groups, Forex, Crypto and CFD liquidity, Tier-1 hosting and more. Trader’s Room meanwhile, is a ready-made functional solution for brokers (client’s cabinet) and is the ideal platform for individual and corporate clients, and your back office team. Finally, our Investment Platform is a smart platform for retail and institutional money managers and investors which can help boost revenue-potential by attracting new clients, as well as increasing the lifetime of existing clients.
In terms of liquidity, we’re pleased to rank in the top 10 liquidity providers in the industry and to be recognised as the first official provider of liquidity for brokers, crypto exchanges, hedge funds, and other institutional clients. Our liquidity service is an easy-to-implement solution for brokers, providing access to over 800 trading instruments and 7 asset classes on one single multi-currency account.
B2Broker offers a multi-connectivity cross connection to 6 different trading platforms: MT4, MT5, One Zero, Prime XM, Integral and B2Trader and can connect, via Fix API, Rest API and Socket API to any system. Liquidity can be delivered to any trading system, CFD liquidity to any trader, cash liquidity, cash trading, and OTC deals.
We can connect Brokers into our liquidity pool in just 5 minutes where they can take advantage of a range of benefits including BTC or ETH nominated marginal accounts, USD, EUR or any fiat currency nominated accounts, direct access to deepest institutional liquidity pools, super-tight spreads and more.
Can you tell us about B2BX Exchange and B2BX, your token for the Fintech industry?
We set up B2BX back in 2017 after creating a cryptocurrency aggregator which we then decided to turn into a full-fledged crypto-exchange for institutional clients — in other words, a marketplace for accredited and regulated brokerage companies and financial institutions to trade in cryptocurrencies.
Fast forward 2 years and B2BX Exchange is now an acknowledged leading professional digital asset trading platform which provides simple access to institutional level liquidity. It is a full-featured spot trading platform which allows users to trade major digital assets and cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, NEM, Litecoin, Ripple, NEO, Monero, NEM, and Dash. Platform features include security and 2FA, know your customer (KYC), 9 order types, deep liquidity pool, advanced API, loyalty program, instant deposit and withdrawals, and low trading fees.
B2BX Exchange received approval for a regulatory license from the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) in November 2018. The license allows B2BX to operate as a completely regulated exchange for trading cryptocurrencies and makes it one of the first exchanges in Europe to secure this form of financial regulation.
With regards to our token, B2BX (B2B) is an ERC 20-compliant token built on Ethereum and can be traded on several top cryptocurrency exchanges. It can also be used for payment of trading fees, as payment to merchants, for trading with brokers or simply to hold in a wallet. Furthermore, it is possible to use B2BX tokens to pay for B2Broker’s services and products; the higher the token rate, the more products, and services our clients can receive.
On your website, you write that over 70 industry leaders have chosen you guys as their partner. Can you elaborate a bit on this?
Indeed, we have a mixture of clients who have chosen to partner with us thanks to our industry expertise and knowledge in setting things up from the ground up.
Our aim is to provide a range of ready to use technical solutions that enable our clients to save time and money on consuming infrastructure projects so they can focus on selling and enlarging their own client base. By using our services, clients reduce the requirement to commit to expensive, long-term and labour-consuming processes of building and supporting the technical infrastructure of a brokerage business which we do on their behalf.
As a result, we have accumulated a considerable list of clients. However, under the terms of our NDA agreements, we are not allowed to disclose the majority of them, although our client portfolio does include companies from all over the world. Among them, we have big, well-known industry players as well as smaller and young companies that are just starting along their way.
To service our growing number of clients, we operate from offices in Moscow, Hong Kong, and Cyprus, with a total of 80 employees offering 24/7 support in both Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Persian, Turkish.
How would you describe your ideal client, or do they come in different sizes and shapes?
Our clients come in all shapes and sizes, literally! As I mentioned earlier, we service a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, Crypto Exchanges, Crypto Brokers, Forex Brokers, hedge and crypto funds and professional managers, all of which are equally valuable to us.
I would say that our ideal client is someone who has experience and knowledge, who understands the serious nature of this business, who knows his business model and understands what to do and how to proceed with business operations after getting the technology infrastructure. This makes for a satisfactory and synergistic partnership that will deliver results to the client.
While we provide the technology and liquidity, it is still down to the client to do a lot on their own and make the business an operational and financial success. We have occasionally come across clients who do not fully understand that they actually do need to apply themselves to some degree, but thankfully, most of them realise that business with us is a partnership that requires efforts on both sides.
So tell me a bit about your team. Being a 90+ employee company could indicate that you’ve got a lot going on, so could you perhaps break down some of your key staff members, and who has contributed to your success?
Yes, we have grown quickly but strategically, in line with our business plans. With over 90 employees, we do have a lot going on and each and every member of our team, from our sales staff and development through to finance and marketing, plays an important part in helping us achieve our goals.
I truly believe the whole team has been collectively responsible for making B2Broker a success. We have a thorough recruitment process that ensures we attract only the best applicants in the industry and take care to ensure that all applicants are well-matched to their roles. This makes for greater productivity — and happier employees! Nevertheless, I would like to give a special mention to our CEO and founder, Arthur Azizov who is a hands-on leader with solid technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of the industry.
In addition, our global growth has entailed the opening of two new offices in Cyprus and Hong Kong. Our Cyprus office is headed by Peter Leonidou who has deep knowledge of the industry in a career dating back to 1997. His presence has been instrumental in helping to set up operations in Cyprus, while Steve Chow, head of our Hong Kong office has spearheaded our expansion into the Asian market with palpable results.

Where do you see your company in the next 2–3 years, and perhaps if you have a roadmap of some kind, what does it look like?
B2Broker has quickly positioned itself as one of the leading service providers in the B2B sphere. We started operations in 2014 and have quickly risen to prominence. Just 4 years into operations, we have a relatively short but successful history, culminating in an advanced base of ready to use technical solutions that enable brokers to save time and money.
To date, the company offers the range of products and services that I mentioned earlier and launching further cryptocurrency and other related offerings is our way of aligning with the future.
We have seen the demand for cryptocurrency trading continuing to grow with more and more brokerages looking to join and benefit from the trend, and our future plans involve building on our recent successes and further expanding our global reach.
In terms of the way forward, we see B2Broker as a main Crypto/CFD liquidity provider. Right now we have all the necessary and advanced technologies and in a few years, we expect to also have a few more licenses under our belt too.
I think that in 2–3 years, there will still be considerable interest in crypto but more for the purpose of transactions rather than on the exchange side of things.
