Middle Eastern Influence

The process of gathering natural resources is a very dangerous and expensive process. Most of the oil from the world come from the middle east. This means that it has to be imported to other countries untimely raising the purchase price of oil. If we were to eliminate that it would decrease the demand for oil and the price would drop. Any other method of fuel would be cheaper to produce and would ultimately drive down the price of oil making the transportation of materials cheaper, as well. The middle east would not have the influence it currently has today if it was not for the high demand for these fossil fuels.
