AlterVerse Welcomes AAA Game Designer, Rafal Nowocien, to the Team

To achieve this goal, we have to build the most beautiful game and the most engaging experiences possible… that’s where Rafal comes in.
Raf has worked for AAA game studios like CD Projekt Red, where he helped build iconic titles like The Witcher.
As one of the first 100 employees at CD Projekt Red, Raf helped create the gameplay mechanics, storylines, and in-game economies that made The Witcher such a beloved franchise — which is exactly what he will be doing for AlterVerse today!
With over 76 games in his portfolio, Raf has extensive experience and expertise in game design and production. He will be leveraging his well-earned knowledge to help us craft interesting quests and compelling mini-games — all connected by a robust real-value economy, powered by the ACE token.
Rafal is hitting the ground running, by taking on the following critical tasks:
- Creating game documentation
- Designing game mechanics and features
- Structuring the item, gear, and weapons economies
- Optimizing the player UI and UX
- Connecting the varying mechanics together
- Designing and balancing player progression
- Designing the game’s activities, quests, NPCs, and dialogue
Raf will also oversee testing and overall experience optimization to ensure AlterVerse is a fun, engaging, and rewarding experience that allows it to retain players and scale.
