Dear AlteumX users and community,
We’re proud to announce that as of Q2 2020, all users will have access to our new and renovated AlteumX platform!
Why is it Important?
The new AlteumX will provide an all-in-one solution to on-ramping, investing, and off-ramping throughout the new digital economy. In other words, the user will be able to do more within the ecosystem.
The new platform has been specially designed for users with different trading skills, as it will enable all the features you have come to expect, but will include major improvements that will allow individuals and institutions to manage all of their operations intuitively and effectively.
What’s New?
To put it simply — everything. As we’ve said before, we have been thoroughly working on the backend revamp for major scalability, speed, and security in our platform, as well as a totally new UX/UI design to make the entire user experience easier, more efficient, and all in all, simpler.
Our new interface will include:

- Forex Trading
- Liquidity Integration
- New Fiat Gateways Integration
- Updated Listing Policy to Promote Inclusion
- Improved and More Efficient Customer Service
- Security Measures and Data Protection Enforcement
- Franchise Model Implementation — Pilot Country: Colombia
All of the above plus many other features will be gradually integrated and announced during the upcoming months after our main release.
Next steps
In order to properly integrate all of the previously mentioned features within the new interface, and to be able to provide a unique experience for our users, we need to make a great effort that requires the extension of our maintenance periods. These maintenance periods will take place during the upcoming weeks, from Thursdays to Sundays, starting this Thursday, February 20, until our launch in Q2- 2020.
We kindly ask for all of your patience during this stage. Let’s take into consideration that, the sooner we start, the faster we will be able to share with you our new platform! This is an incredibly exciting time for us, as everything that we have been working on so far will be coming to fruition soon.
