When people first start taking an interest in cryptocurrency there is a huge sea of unknowns and exchange platforms can be somehow overwhelming. What do I buy? How do I buy? How much I can get?
Our goal at Alteum is to enable an easy access to financial tools, and so we want to provide all crypto beginners a smooth introduction into the world of cryptocurrencies through an easier trading experience at AlteumX Exchange. Therefore, we have developed our Easy Trading Page.
TRADING FOR BEGINNERS
Before trying to acquire any cryptocurrency, you must first create your account:
1. Go to www.alteumx.com and create your account

2. Verify your details with Alteum
Account >Settings > Verification
3. Fund your account by depositing FIAT or other cryptocurrencies
Portfolio> Deposits and Withdrawals
4. Now that you have funds in your account, go to the Easy-Trading page.
HOW TO USE EASY TRADING
There are two sections on our Easy Trading page: “My Balances” and “Trading”.
On the “Trading” section you must select the currency you want to get and the currency you are buying with. Then you must specify the amount you want to get.
When selecting currencies, the balances on your portfolio and the latest settlement of the most recent market transaction (Last Trade) of both will be shown in the “My Balances” section.
You can also use the slider located on the “Trading” section, to calculate the percentage of the amount to spend.
Place your order by clicking on the “trade now” button.
*AlteumX charges a fee for every transaction made.
HOW DOES THE EASY TRADING WORKS?
Using the Easy Trading Page is equal to placing a Market Order. A Market Order is a Buy or Sell Order to be executed immediately at the current market prices. This means the order is filled at the best price available on the market at the time it is placed.
The last trade shown in the “My balances” section on the Easy Trading page does not necessarily defines the price at which you will be buying. Price is defined by the orders of buy and sell available in the “Order Book” of AlteumX exchange.
When using the Easy Trading your order may be partially “filled” at several prices. When this happens, you are matched up with one or more buyers and sellers until your order is filled at or around the current market price.
