Bowling Green was just the latest to offer this big, strong receiver down in the Jacksonville, Fla. area. Keaton Thomas, listed at 6'2, ~190 lbs., is now up to 17 total offers (three FCS) with three coming from MAC schools: Akron back in September, Buffalo last month, and BG just yesterday.
Thomas’s physical strength looks like his ticket to success on the field right now. On the tape, he doesn’t wow with his footwork or crisp route running, but there simply aren’t enough receivers out there like Keaton that pick up extra yards with a big stiff arm.
