An Asian Immigrant’s Job Hunting Journey

I have had between 3 to 4 dozens of interviews the last 6 months. I have a lot of data — for example, only 2 interviews had Asian Americans as the hiring managers. As much as I thought I have seen it all (over 200 interviews throughout my career), I learned something new very recently.

A rejection is typically given as vaguely as possible, but this one below seems to have a good intention of providing transparency, which I am grateful for.
