Today we are delighted to announce Amadeus Relay, a relayer based on the 0x protocol designed to serve Decentralized Applications that need to exchange ERC20 tokens when delivering their services.

The crypto world has been busy lately. Several different services and its tokens are being launched each month and the main reason for that is the power that Ethereum gives to developers of Decentralized Applications. Smart contracts made the creation of DApps straightforward, but more important than that, they allow DApps to be built on top of other DApps in such a way that their services can add value to each other. There’s no need to start from scratch.

But for that, DApps might need different tokens to work with, which is not practical with today’s approach of centralized exchanges. That’s where Amadeus comes in, using the 0x protocol its main goal is to provide liquidity so these DApps can exchange tokens effortlessly and focus their attention on matters that are important for their business.

Amadeus team is working hard to simplify token exchange for DApps and is very confident that this will be crucial in the near future. We believe in decentralized exchange as the best way of swapping assets on the blockchain, but also that this kind of service will be essential for the whole ecosystem.

The demo version of Amadeus’ API is set to be running by the end of the year. From that time forward, new features will be added until the release on the mainnet at the beginning of the next year.
