June 12th is Valentine’s day in Brazil and we would like seize the day to emphasize how important our customer’ loyalty is. Considering that Amadeus is committed to build a company customers love and deliver the best customer experience, we have designed a survey detailed below to better understand dApps needs in the short and long term.
We understand that it is also important to explain why we’ve chosen to be a B2B relayer, specialized in token exchange for dApps, and in this post we will explore in details the big advantages of being a B2B relayer when compared with B2C.

Soon we will launch our MVP at mainnet and in order to have a product suitable to our customer we prepared a survey to better understand their needs in terms of decentralized services and token pairs.

As projects on the Ethereum network get more sophisticated, it is expected that most teams should search through existing solutions for common issues they might face during these expansion phases. Even though the API is a standard, we are completely open to understand our customer’s projects and analyze if there are any customizations that need to be done in the API in order to be fully adherent to its platform.
Amadeus has already launched a Demo (https://demo.amadeusrelay.org/), a simple App that demonstrates how Amadeus API can be easily used by dApps to exchange tokens. It was created thinking in a way to improve dApps experience and provide a dynamic and interactive way for them to connect to our API. By using the Demo, potential customers will be able to understand all the functions available, all the checkpoints needed to use it and also the issues they may have and how to address them.
These are few examples to show that our biggest priority is to listen to our customers needs and feedbacks in order to improve the experience and ensure long term relationships.
