The results are in, the first Amberdata API Hackathon was a huge success!
Here is a quick look at the projects and winnings.
Last week, we held our first hackathon, enabling developers free access to the most powerful blockchain & market data. The goal was simple:
“Create a project that utilizes amberdata API, that can test its capabilities and create a blog post to surface what you built.”
There was a lot of freedom, which allowed developers to innovate. Here are the final results & projects submitted.

Blockviz (Best Overall)
Understanding blockchain data is hard, especially for non-technical people. This project excelled at providing a birds-eye view of blockchain & market data, in a new style of timeline oriented data.
