Time …

Some of us got a problem with time, it either runs out or as Einstein would say “it is relative & flexible; which makes the divining line between past, present and future is an illusion.” Well, we can discuss that all day and publish a paper on the matter, but one thing for sure, time is not something we can control. It is limited.

So, knowing that our time is limited forces us to limit what we do with our time. But that doesn’t mean we’re going to lose what we love over something we “have-to” do. We do our best to live by our calling. Look at Moses, who asked God to help us live everyday with the kind of clarity we get when we’re under a deadline “teach us to number our days.”

Our time (chronos) works differently than His time (kairos). As we walk in our chronos doing our tasks, small mundane activities perhaps, do it wholeheartedly every single day — know that His kairos is coming. It’s the moment when we get to be in the next level, a NEW dimension, when all the puzzle pieces are complete.

While we’re waiting for our kairos, facts & fears will whisper that we better “budget our time”. The one & only thing we need to budget is to set our focus, to choose FAITH over FACTS & FEARS.

Believe that Papa God who enjoys giving us rest is there all along giving us the how-to instantaneously. Just like when Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord, suddenly we find ourselves in the wonderful journey we could never imagine before. Nothing in the world can predict His time, but cling onto Him and we shall find our own kairos in Him. 💙
