Unicorn Tokenization Corp, in partnership with Ambisafe, Roobee, and Raison app, announces the launch of automated private equity trading built on the Celo blockchain with the Ubeswap DEX technology.

Private equity investments have historically been inaccessible to retail investors due to the high complexity of transactions and administration costs. A typical private market transaction takes an average of two weeks and can easily cost thousands in legal and brokerage fees. This dictates the minimum investment amounts of $25,000 and more, which are rarely affordable for retail investors, especially outside the US.

However, this issue can be solved with blockchain technology as it helps automate the process by replacing paper-based documents with smart contracts. Thus, private equity tokenization allows any retail investor to buy and sell private shares of global companies with no minimum limit and extremely low fees.

As a result of the partnership between Unicorn Tokenization Corp and several investment platforms, trading private equity of such companies as SpaceX, Klarna, Kraken, Neurolink, and others is now available on the Celo blockchain and affiliated platforms.
