Meme Contest: Free the Worm
The Worm needs your help getting pumped for its upcoming breach
On September 17 The Worm 🪱 will attempt to breach the wallet where it has been stuck since August 16 (read up on what happened in our latest Worm Travel Log).
In preparation for this mysterious and never-before attempted feat, The Worm 🪱 calls on us to psych it up to full strength through the power of memes.
Let’s get The Worm 🪱 hyped for its upcoming breach attempt. How you interpret that in your meme is up to you!
How does it work?
Memes should be submitted via Twitter using the instructions below. All Twitter entries will be re-posted in The Worm’s 🪱 Discord.
The winning meme will be chosen in the Ambition Discord by The Wormshippers (aka Worm community) by reaction vote count.

Who can enter?
Anyone can enter! You do not need to be a Worm Disciple or a Wormshipper. This is our first meme contest so if you have made a meme previously you may submit it to this contest! (And if you have suggestions or feedback on the contest let us know!)
Submitting your entries
Please submit your memes to the Twitter competition thread and make sure to include the hashtag #FreeTheWorm. You can submit as many memes as you can come up with.
Contest Dates
Start: Wednesday, Sept. 8
Close: 00:00 UTC (8 p.m. ET) on Wednesday, Sept. 15. Two days before The Worm’s breach attempt.
Voting Ends: 16:00 UTC (Noon ET) on Thursday, Sept. 16. One day before The Worm’s breach attempt.
The Prize
The Worm 🪱 is but a humble NFT being living on the Ethereum blockchain and rewarding those who have helped it. The Worm and its blessings are free, but it does accept donations.
The prize for this contest will be one of the NFTs from The Worm 🪱 ’s collection of donated NFTs, which you can view at TheWorm.eth.
Competition Rules
- We’re not the boss of you.
- But also racism, sexism, homophobia, ableism, all the ISMs and phobias not welcome if for some reason you mistakenly thought The Worm 🪱 wants to see that. The Worm 🪱 ain’t about it 🚫.
