Resurrect The Worm at The Vigil
The Worm can be resurrected into a new NFT form if we fill its Worm Church with the bright light of our devotion to The Worm! The beauteous light will cause The Worm to rise again and continue its journey. Be part of NFT history by participating in the story of The Worm and lighting an NFT light for The Worm.
Vigil Details:
> Attend The Vigil at theworm.wtf starting Sept. 20 21, when The Worm’s Church opens (announced on Monday in our Discord, then on Twitter)
> Mint a Vigil Light (free + gas)
> 273 Lights will attract The Worm out of the ether & back into NFT form
> The Vigil will remain open for 48 hours (or until The Worm is resurrected if it hasn’t been resurrected in the first 48 hours)
> When Resurrected, The Worm will continue its journey where it left off
Vigil Lights are:
- Free to claim (plus gas) while The Vigil is open starting Monday, Sept. 20
- Fully on-chain, animated SVGs
- ERC-721 tokens on the Ethereum blockchain
- After the Vigil, free lights can still be minted but the design, name, and properties will be different
- Mintable by anybody (not just Worm Disciples)
