Tender kisses to
soothe the ravages of bare,
unseeing passion.

Softly gazing through
open eyes, penetrating
vulnerable soul.

Head on my shoulders,
hair on chest, breath intermixed
as we draw closer.

Sunshine envelops
lunch-time patio, we feed
now hungry stomachs.

Massaging her neck
as I tune into all her
fears, anxieties, hopes.

She turns, smiles, happy
hungry, wanting, satisfied,
feeding her being.

We made love so we
could soak in the bliss that our
bodies had churned up.

Sex the battering
ram that broke down the thick walls
of ego between.

To spread wide open
the fragile inner layers
of bare naked souls.
