On October 14, the Feuerkrieg Division’s (FKD) Telegram channel uploaded a dozen photos of FKD propaganda distributed in Washington state.

A text message attached to the photos reads: “Flyering done by our recently opened Washington cell in Washington.”

So, I (once again) took a closer look at their photos. Specifically, this one. Note the code on the sign: SMC 10.10.040.

I searched for that on Google and found that it’s a municipal code for the city of Spokane, Washington.

Recalling that this photo FKD uploaded shows a Baptist church sign in the background, I then searched for “Baptist churches in Spokane Washington…”

The black scribbles on the church sign were added by FKD.

…and found that there is one in Spokane whose name ends with “NING STAR”: the Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church.

Lo and behold, the cover photo of the church’s Facebook page is strikingly similar to the church sign shown in FKD’s photo.

Therefore, I believe the two “Washington cell” photos uploaded by the group on Oct. 14 were taken in the city of Spokane. And it’s very likely the other ten photos were taken there, too.

It also appears the flyering at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church was deliberate: According to its website, the antiracist organization Spokane Community Against Racism (SCAR) has held meetings at Morning Star. Furthermore, its pastor, Walter Kendricks, is both a founder of SCAR and an active antiracist leader in the local area.

This isn’t the first time FKD has slipped up and revealed the general location of one of its members on Telegram.

And it won’t be the last.
