Natasha Pongonis

Natasha Pongonis is bringing the power of multilingual communication to digital marketing. She is the Co-founder of Nativa, a multicultural communications agency that focuses on the Hispanic market through digital communications, online advertising, and culturally relevant content creation. Natasha is also the CEO of OYE! Intelligence, a Hispanic data analysis solution that analyzes, monitors, and reports online conversations among Hispanics offering brands and organizations a unique opportunity to develop culturally-relevant communication strategies. Her worked helped helped her be selected as one of the USHCC Foundation’s At the Table Enterprise Accelerator awardees.

Her background makes Natasha a natural in founding company to improve cultural communication. She is a social media and business communication expert who is fluent in four languages: English, Spanish, French and Italian. A native of Argentina, she has worked with companies in Europe, North and South America to develop a strong sense of what a company needs to improve their online communication.

Since co-founding the company in 2008, Nativa has worked with a variety of clients, including Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Charmin Toilet Paper, Fox Broadcasting, and Arizona State University. Her work has also earned her the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award by the Latina Style Business Series.
