Fresh meat (Counterparty dev)

Yesterday we updated our Counterparty’s Federated Node. Testnet successfully fell down. Half of the day spent for restoring attempts. After we got support’s answer: the reason is that someone entered unacceptable values in testnet DB related to smart contract testing.

So, be ready that CP’s wallet and counterblockd (providing API for working with Counterparty data) is still unstable and broken data could fall down the network.

The CP support is actually great and always ready to help you with resolving things you could get sometimes and provide fixes very quickly.

BTW: fresh meat, now related to blockchain daemon: last OpenSSL patch is incompatible with the Bitcoin system and could lead to consensus forks. http://sourceforge.net/p/bitcoin/mailman/message/33221963/
