Amiqus product update
We continuously improve Amiqus in line with the latest regulatory changes, but also to take the pain out of compliance processes for our customers’ clients and staff. To do this we gather customer feedback and we want you to know the very real impact your input has on how we update and add new features to Amiqus.
Our engineering team has recently introduced three feature updates and one new feature. You can now:
- Run PEPs, sanctions & adverse media, plus monitoring for individuals and organisations *new feature*

- Take new document actions *update*
- Use the new look request email *update*

Ongoing monitoring for individuals and organisations *NEW*
Need to conduct ongoing monitoring of your clients?
To stay on the right side of the law, upfront Client Due Diligence is no longer enough. We have released a new feature that allows you to run PEPs, sanctions and adverse media checks on individuals and organisations continuously with Amiqus.

Send forms with requests
Want to gather specific client information in a request?
You can now send forms directly to clients to complete as part of a request, giving you more choice about how you capture client information in Amiqus.

New document actions
Not sure if your client has received your document in time?
When attaching a document to a request, you can now include a message; request a confirmation receipt, or request a document return. Document actions are also available when creating a new request.

New request email
Want your message to be the first thing your clients see in a request email?
We’ve redesigned the formatting of request emails so that messages to your clients can be included at the start of a request email, with the option to reuse or change your message.
