Amiqus makes onboarding and compliance check processes fast and secure. Our engineering and design teams are growing and we’re always working to make Amiqus more efficient, useful and valuable.

Here’s an idea of what we’re working on at the moment:

Coming soon:

Custom form builder:

We are in the final stages of testing our custom form builder. This internal tool can help with data collection such as risk assessments. You’ll be able to easily create forms from custom-made templates or on an ad hoc basis to capture and store information about clients or transactions.

Opt-out reminders:

You have the option to enable reminders when you send a request to an individual, and this will send them an e-mail reminder every two days until the request is completed. However, we want to ensure that clients have control over their own experience, so we’re about to release a feature that allows people to opt out of these reminders.

Around the corner — about a month away

Notifications

We’re working to let accounts enable and control in-app and email reminders about recent or important activity within Amiqus. Getting the balance between urgent and useful reminders is something that we know is important.

Assigning Tasks / Notifications

Keeping track with a high volume of activity in Amiqus can sometimes be a challenge. We know that people work together in teams using Amiqus and sometimes look for a second opinion from a fee earner or someone from a compliance background to cross check or review results. We’re making it simple to notify or assign requests to someone on your team to help.

On the horizon — a few months away

Document Upload & Attachments

One of the first things we built with Amiqus was the ability to upload and securely send documents as part of a request. We’ve been listening to feedback and working to make this clearer to use and easier for people to interact with.

Continuous Monitoring

Keeping track of changes with companies as well as sanctions and watchlist status can be hard work. We’ve got the data to monitor and we’re working towards providing ongoing monitoring

Video Liveness

We currently offer a Photo ID check which can capture both a document and an image of the person presenting it. As an interim measure we’ve added a unique code that the person can present to prove the image is authentic. We’re working to build out a video check, which will capture a few seconds of live video, simplifying the process and providing an extra level of assurance for remote check types.

Standard & Enhanced Disclsoure Checks

At the moment you can run a basic disclosure check via Amiqus and we are now working towards offering extra levels of check. We will be able to support staff vetting for people working in sensitive roles in sectors like education and care.
