Hello everyone! Our team is now on the way back from CPC CryptoDevCon. The event had a huge turnout, and there were many discussions to be had about the financial, business, and societal impact of blockchain technology in the coming era, and AMO was honored to be a part of it.

Our team arrived in San Francisco on Sunday, and before the event started officially on the 11th, we were invited to a special VIP dinner, and were able to enjoy speaking to experts before getting our booths ready for the next day.

The event is hosted by Stanford DTI, Cryptic Labs, and CPC which was founded by Stanford affiliates in 2015. They’re devoted to connecting early stage startups and the organization currently has over 1,700 members. Many were present on Monday as the crowd started to come by our booth. We had many insightful discussions with fellow blockchain enthusiasts, AMO-fans, and academics alike. We had many questions about how our sales have been going, our whitepaper, and how our blockchain infrastructure is being developed. Great questions, which you can also find out more on our official homepage.

There were notable speakers present at the conference, including our very own Chief Evangelist, Jaeson Yoo. The atmosphere was an upbeat and enthusiastic one as the crowd was extremely responsive to the technologies presented, and had questions regarding time-series data and smart data contracts.

Another huge highlight of the conference was hearing the legendary father of public key cryptography, Whitfield Diffie speak! Diffie’s work changed cryptography as we know it, and all eyes were on him as he discussed how far the field of cryptography has changed and the future direction of the Internet.

And surprise! After his talk, we were able to meet him in person. What an honor to meet a man who has changed the industry we are working in and are passionate about.

Thank you to all of you who came and said hello to us at the event! If you have any questions or inquiries about future events, feel free to reach out at support@amo.foundation, or find us on any of our official channels. Till next time!
