Your Crowd Sale Prep Pack
It’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for: AMO’s Crowd Sale will begin tomorrow, Saturday July 14th at 9AM sharp (Korean Standard Time, UTC+9).
While we have a plethora of materials on this blog to prepare you for the crowd sales, if you want a quick runthrough, you’re in luck. We’ve organized all the materials you’ll need for the crowd sales in this one post.
To-do list:
- Remember that the key to participating in an ICO comes from reading all the materials thoroughly. Here are some of our recommendations, although you can always find more on the downloads section of the AMO website.
2. To have a seamless sales experience, you must be on AMO’s “whitelist” so that we can verify your identity and your eligibility. This is called the KYC, or Know Your Customer, process.
You can complete your KYC at ico.amo.foundation by registering, logging in, and filling out the required forms. Make sure to fill out all the information correctly as AMO will not be responsible for any issues during sales that arise from improper KYC completions.
Bonus tip: You will have to submit two pictures for the KYC, and we have a detailed post on how to take those pictures on our blog.
3. When you receive your confirmation for the KYC (takes up to 24 hours), you’re good to go. After 9AM on July 14, you’ll be able to send ETH (Ethereum) to AMO at the given smart contract address. If you have never bought AMO before, your KYC/ICO page will show 0 AMO in your balance. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a QR code and that smart contract address. Copy the address, and send your ETH.
4. Remember to send enough “Gas” (processing fee). For quick processing times, we recommend sending 60 gwei (a denomination of ETH required to send this gas equaling 10^-9 ETH), and 300,000 gas (Gas limit 21,000). After the transaction has been processed on our end, your balance should update within 1–2 hours.
