Optimizely does Dual-Track
One of the great things I’ve enjoyed the last few weeks with the launch of Amplify Design and the response to some of my other articles on Design Ops is that I’ve found myself in great conversations. I’ve been learning so much, which makes this all worthwhile.
An example form today was from Jeff Zych at Optimizely. He explained how his organization took the time and designed their own version of dual-track.
What I appreciated about this work was the respect they had for the principles of agile, and how they balanced that with respect for research and design as well. The article ends with a list of useful articles to read on Dual-track as well.
