Kate Rhudy Single Session

Kate Rhudy’s life as a musician began at a young age when she and her sister would spend their summers in southwestern Virginia, taking violin lessons and attending fiddlers’ conventions. Now, many years later, after touring across the country playing fiddle for an Americana band, spending time in Nashville writing songs and meeting other artists, and touring on her own between hostess shifts at a restaurant in Raleigh, Kate is writing and performing her own original music. Kate’s first full-length album will be recorded at Rubber Room Studio in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and will be produced by Andrew Marlin of Mandolin Orange.
