Inspired by the intricate subtleties of artists such as Bon Iver, Sufjan Stevens, and Nick Drake, The Western Den is a Boston-based alternative folk group that crafts songs as uplifting as they are poignant. Formed by Berklee College of Music students Chris West and Deni Hlavinka in 2013, The Western Den have self-released two EPs, Battle Hymns and All The Birds.
