Eating Out: ABC Kitchen in Manhattan

Carrots, carrots, carrots! OMG! Michelin star Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten from ABC Kitchen makes the BEST roasted carrots. Jean-Goerges is a huge fan of farm-to-table food and his menu is free of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, insecticides, antibiotics, hormones, is GMO-free, and naturally and humanely sourced from regional farmers and fair trade cooperatives (despite that it is AMAZEBALLS!). The venue is great and the food is even better. In the next day or two I’ll post their roasted carrot salad recipe (I made it for New Years Day, picture below).
