Eating Out: Le Bilboquet in Dallas

Le Bilboquet is a Dallas French bistro that opened in May 2013 in the Knox area. I was a fan of their New York location and when Stephan Courseau and Chef Momo Sow moved to Dallas to open the Dallas location I was thrilled. They serve a diverse selection of French staples and French American fusion in a casual, yet elegant setting. They use the best available products, locally sourced and organic whenever possible, as well as free range poultry and grass fed Texas beef. I love the brunch!
