Michael’s Genuine is located in the heart of the Miami Design District offering a refreshing combination of laid-back atmosphere and seriously good food. Don’t be fooled, this neighborhood bistro is the ultimate showcase for James Beard Award-winning chef/owner Michael Schwartz. I loved the homemade, unpretentious, delectable food made with local ingredients. I loved the Roasted Double Yolk Egg so much I stole the recipe.
