Eating Out: Nonna in Highland Park

I’ve walked by Nonna a million times without realizing it was a restaurant. Set in a nondescript strip shopping center on the edge of Highland Park (across from Whole Foods) the restaurant always looks closed (the windows are darkened). The other day a friend suggested I give the italian restaurant and try so I booked a table on OpenTable. Verdict? It was great! Good service, good ambiance and great food. Putting Nonna on repeat!
