Eating Out: Sushi Bayashi Dallas

Sushi Bayashi is a neighborhood style restaurant just across the bridge from our CultureMap offices. It features authentic Japanese food from owner operator Yuki Hirabayashi’s hometown of Shitimachi, Japan. Serving casual sushi — called Izakaya style in Japan — the menu includes sushi, sashimi, rolls and chef specials such as Tokyo miso ramen, Chanpon noodles, Japanese curries and braised pork belly called “Buta-Kakuni.”
