The Cute Discount

Went shopping for some clothes recently. First store had some great deals. On top of it being a tax free weekend in Houston I got to use my student ID and got an extra 15% off (I haven’t been a student for a long ass time btw, but still have my ID. Go Texas!). Anyway, day made… or so I thought.

Walked into another store. Saw a very cool looking shirt which had a big sale already. Went to the register and just curiously asked if there was a student discount — because obviously I’m cheap. “We don’t have a student discount, sorry. But we do have a cute discount. Let me apply that for you.” — said the girl with a wink. Now getting hit on by a sweet high school girl I’m sure is nice, but having extra 40% off something is pretty pretty awesome.
