LIFEHACKS for improving your self-esteem could be really useful for this purpose. Improving self-esteem does not automatically make us infallible, but it certainly gives us the grit to pursue our most ambitious goals.
How many times on the path to your dreams have you stepped back for fear you might not make it? How many times have you felt inadequate? How many times has a fear of other people’s judgment affected your choices?
Low self-esteem can be a huge obstacle to achieving happiness. At the exact moment when you don’t believe in yourself, in your potential, and your abilities, you allow the chance to make decisions for you. At that exact moment, you are no longer the author of your destiny.

It is certainly not an easy path to become aware of yourself and your value, it is not enough to be positive for one day, but it is a real philosophy of life to embrace.
You start by looking straight into the eyes of your weaknesses, you continue by welcoming them, and you end by letting them go.
1. Be nice to yourself
That inner voice you often hear is much stronger than you think. Learn to handle it.
Make an effort to be less hard on yourself and if you make a mistake try to challenge any negative thoughts.
Rule number 1 is to talk to yourself as if you were talking to a friend. True, it will be really difficult at first, but perfection can only be achieved through practice.
2. Nobody’s perfect
Always try to be the best version of yourself, but remember: perfection is a utopian goal.
Instead of being obsessed with perfection, be realistic! Initially set yourself achievable goals that will give you short-term satisfaction.
Success is the result of concrete goals.
3. Focus on what you can change
It’s easy to get caught up in the urge to do things that are beyond our capabilities and out of our control.
Try to channel all your energy towards your priorities. Determine what you can control and then take action.
You won’t suddenly become a superhero, but you may be surprised by what you can do and what you never imagined.
4. Celebrate the small stuff
Did you wake up on time this morning? Celebrate!
Were you able to make a meal out of it? Celebrate!
Did you get an award at work? Celebrate!
Valuing small successes is a great way to boost your self-esteem. Always remember your small daily victories and never forget your merits.
Having self-esteem is the same as feeling good about yourself.
5. Kill negative thoughts
If you were talking to a friend who is going through a bad time in his life, would you talk to him as you do to yourself? If the answer is no, then the first thing you should do is get rid of any negative thoughts.
If you continue to be trapped in this cage of negativity you will never achieve your goals and this will only destroy your self-esteem.
You must not allow negativity to dominate your life.
