The recent conclusion of Apple TV’s “For all Mankind” highlighted the potential for war in space. Yeah, you read that right. Space wars.

So without giving spoilers of the excellent series, I’d like to take a moment to discuss space policy and what means for us going forward. I will examine the questions of ‘is it worth it?’ and what a colonised Mars would mean.
