We are living in the most materialist age in human history and the times when being the most comfortable is seen as a blessing. But are, we the happiest generation of all times despite all the physical comforts?? Still, there are part on this planet which still don’t have all the facilities but my reader, you who have a smartphone and Facebook downloaded are fortunately and unfortunately not one of them.
With all the comforts came anxiousness, stress, depression, jealousy, hatred, nuclear families, broken relationships, increasing divorce rate, restlessness, last but not least suicides in society is at an all-time high.
Have you ever stopped and paused to reflect on what has gone wrong in your world? Or you are the one who has none of this is your life or think your life is absolutely fine, these things happen in the life of others. I believe you all think like that, this is the problem that you don’t want to see the problem and you can’t solve the problem if you are not willing to see the problem. We all are in this together, some less and some bit more.
Now the question is what can you do?
